Thomas E. Weaver, 55, was the son of Paul Robert and Edna (Finley) Weaver-Over. His first wife Linda Weaver, preceded him in death. His wife Patty Weaver survives.
He was a 1971 graduate of Dunkirk High School and a member of the Moose Lodge and was employed as a truck driver.
He was also survived by his mother, two stepdaughters, Stephanie Sain and Demara (Mark) Whitney, two brothers, Kenneth Weaver and Ed Weaver, three step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
