Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Louise McDonnell, wife of Earl McDonnell, who died yesterday morning, will be held at 3 p.m. today at the chapel of Hart's mortuary. The Rev. John W. Ballard will conduct the services and burial will be in the family lot in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. McDonnell who was 38 years old, was born in Forsyth, Ga., the daughter of J.E. Stuart and Alice Little Stuart. She had lived in Macon since she was eight years old. Her death followed an illness of several months at her home 36-D Oglethorpe Homes.
Surviving are her husband; her parents of Forsyth, two daughters, Jo Ann and Barbara Thornton; two sons, Jesse and Bennie Thornton; three sisters, Mrs. C.A. Harwell and Mrs. R.C. Hopper, Macon and Mis Moselle Stuart, McDonough, Ga; four brothers, Preston, George and Robert Stuart of Forsyth and Frank Stuart, Macon; two aunts, Mrs. Lula Brooks, Macon and Mrs. Floyd Dumas, Milner.
