Funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Crestwood Chapel for Eva Hodges,77, Hokes Bluff, who died Sunday, March 24, 2002.
Burial will be in Hokes Bluff Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Mrs. Hodges was a member of Bachelor's Chapel Baptist Church, where she taught the ladies Sunday school class and was also the church treasurer for many years. Mrs. Hodges worked at Holy Name Hospital as a registered nurse for many years and at Dr. W.C. Robertson's office for 10 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hodges.
She is survived by her sisters, Betty (J.C.) Kiker, Wilkesboro, N.C., and Geraldine (Melvin) Auten, Smyrna, Ga.; brothers, Jimmy (Mildred) Rowell and George (Becky) Rowell, both of North Carolina; sister-in-law and brother-in-law,
Mary and Arvil Peters; special friends and caregivers, Wylene and Ray McGinnis; and a host of nieces and nephews.
