MISS SARAH WILLS DIES IN AVIS
Miss Sarah S. Wills died Tuesday evening at three o'clock of asthma at the home of her niece Mrs. Frank Ellison in Avis.
Miss Wills had been suffering with asthma for over two years but had only been seriously ill for the past five days.
She was born and raised in Mercer county, but has spent most of her life on Madams Creek. She was seventy-three years of age and has been a member of the Baptist church since she was sixteen. She was a kind and christian woman.
She leaves to mourn her loss two brothers Edward and John Wills of Ohio besides other relatives and numerous friends.
The remains will be taken tomorrow to the Wills graveyard on Madams Creek, where funeral services will be conducted at 11 o'clock by Rev George Meadows of Pluto and the burial will follow immediately after.
