He was preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy (Thompson) South. — One sister: Maggie Rodman. — Six brothers: Claude South, Cecil South, J.B. South, Mack South, Kenny South and Clebert South. — He is survived by one son: Tony (Brandi) Thompson of Campton, KY. — One grandson: Anthony Eli Thompson of Jackson, KY.– Two great grandchildren: Ronin Thompson and Odin Thompson. One sister: Claudia Dawn (Gene) Little of Jackson, KY. One brother: Roger (Linda) South of Arlington, TX. — CELEBRATION OF LIFE services will be held on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Thompson officiating. – Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. – Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
