He was born February 5, 1919, in Pulaski County, Ky.. His parents were Luther and Rissie (Acton) Hart. He married Mary L. (Sullivan) Hart on November 6, 1942. She survives. Survivors include three sons, C. William (Bev) Hart of Greenwood, Charles ( Cindy) Hart of Kent, Washington, Frank Hart of Live Oak, Fl.; a daughter, Mary Ruth (Russell) Deer of Indianapolis; a brother, Charles Hart of Indianapolis; two sisters, Maxine Kemble of Smith Grove, Ky., Geri Phillips of Maryland; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
He was employed for 40 years by Ace Battery & Salvage in sales.
He was a member of Rocklane Christian Church and V.F.W. and Americian Legion in Fort Myers Beach, Fl., Fort Myers Beach Lions Club.
He was a veteran of the U.S Army, having served in W.W. II.
