The will of Benjamin F. Van Orman of Cambridge, gives Annie Van Orman, the widow, use of the residence at Summit in the town of Cambridge and all the household furniture. At her death, the property is to be divided equally between the three daughters, Mrs. Bessie Nolan, Mrs. Grace Dumas and Mrs. Irene Brown. One third of the property is to be given to the widow and the remaining two thirds is to be divided equally among the daughters. Surrogate Van Kirk is named as executor of the estate.
