Patsy O. Foster, 63, of Martinsville, died Oct. 31, 2011, at her home. She was born Feb. 21, 1948, in Pittsylvania Co. to James Oliver and Sarah Oliver Millner. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Claudia Callahan.
She retired from the Social Security Administration in Martinsville.
Surviving are her husband, Theodore Foster; a daughter, Juanice Foster; a son, Timothy Foster; three grandsons; four sisters, Reece Oliver Price, Joyce Millner, Geneva Oliver Williams and Jannett Millner Wiggins; two brothers, James Oliver and Harry Millner.
Burial will be in Carver Memorial Gardens.
