Ann Rebecca Lamb, 81, Brooksville, FL passed away November 26, 2018 at Heron Pointe in Brooksville. She was born in Portland, TN on April 15, 1937 to the late Marion and Eva (Foster) Aldridge.
Ann arrived in this area in 1994 coming from Louisville, KY and attended Cornerstone Baptist Church in Inverness. She enjoyed going to yard sales, and spending time with her family. Ann also loved collecting angels, spending time with children, and going for walks every day.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ronda Goff in 2016, and one brother, Jack Aldridge.
Ann is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Relus Lamb. Other survivors include her children, Richard Lamb and his wife Pat of Spring Hill, FL, Jeffrey Lamb of Lexington, KY, Cheryl Downey and her husband David of Brooksville, and Lisa Chesser and her husband Shawn of Beverly Hills, FL; sisters Wilma Mangrum of Indianapolis, IN and Joyce Harrell also of Indianapolis, 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Ann will be conducted at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL on Friday, 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Greg Kell of Cornerstone Baptist Church officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Ann will be laid to rest at Hills of Rest Cemetery, Floral City, FL after the services.
