Paul Anthony Moreno was born to Antonio Pablo and Patricia Martha (Walesa) Moreno in Waco, TX on June 25, 1957. The family moved to Tarrant County when Paul was an infant. Paul was the second of eight children: Anne, John, Mark, Mary, Amy, James, and Joseph. He was married ten years to Lorili Trueblood then married Stephanie Ann Jumper Colby on May 29, 1994. They had three daughters: Stesha Anne Colby, Karen Katharine Colby, and Sarah Elizabeth Moreno. Paul was a Special Education Teacher at Smithfield Middle School in the Birdville ISD. Paul battled Renal Cell Carcinoma for seven years before he lost his fight on August 18, 2016.

He is survived by his parents, spouse, children and son-in-law, siblings and inlaws, and numerous nieces and nephews, along with his two grandchildren: Kolbe Lee Turner and Samuel Jumper Turner. He is preceded in death by his sister-in-law Teresa (Klink) Moreno and her child, Kelly John Moreno.
