Michelle M. Spellman-Jordan, 44, of Ilion, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday December 17, 2016 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was born March 9, 1972, the daughter of William and Geraldine (Howard) Spellman and was a graduate of Ilion High School.
Her marriage to Steven Jordan took place on May 23, 2007 in the Town of Red Creek in Fulton County, NY.
A woman devoted to her family, Michelle’s foremost priority was to raise her children and tend to the needs of her loved ones. Her favorite pastime was connecting with her friends and extended family through social media.
Survivors include her husband and companion of 21 years, Steven; her parents William and Geraldine of Ilion; two sons, Steven Jordan, Jr. and Tyler Jordan both of Herkimer, three daughters, Alexandria Laymon, Nicole Jordan and Melody Jordan all of Herkimer; a granddaughter, Maylee Reid; two brothers, William Spellman and wife Divina of Frankfort and David Spellman and wife Heather of Ilion; a sister, Kimberly Lazarek and husband Shannon of Sauquoit; nieces and nephews, Dominique, Jonathan, Anthony, Denver, Marina, Kiley and Addison; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Burial will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
