Obit: "William H Klipsch, 84, Petersburg, died at 6:30 pm Monday while sitting in the yards. Death was attributed to a heart attack. He had been in failing health but had been able to be up until his death."
"He was born, May 1, 1885, in Bartholomew County near Columbus, a son of Rev. Charles M and Clara (Smith) Klipsch. He was a painter and paper hanger and was a member of the General Baptist Church in Petersburg."
"Surviving are two sons, Herman Klipsch of Washington; Columbus Klipsch of Indianapolis; one daugher, Mrs Bertha Horn of Bicknell; one grandchild; four brothers, Ralph and Omer Klipsch of Petersburg; Lewis Klipsch near North Vernon, John Klipsch of Indianapolis and one sister, Mrs Anna Lentz of Ocean City, New Jersey."
"Funeral services are being held today, Thursday, at 10:30 am in Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Homer Leighty officia- ting. Burial will be in Walnut Hills Cemetery."
