Scott is survived by his loving wife, Melody and his 3 daughters: Alicia Curtis (Cody Moore), Nicole (Curtis) Clark (Bryan Clark) and Christine Curtis (Sean Gallagher); grandchildren: Aiden and Gavin Ives, Ryleigh and Adeline Ohl and Serenity Clark; his companion, Misty, who was always by his side; his siblings: Raymond Curtis, Shelly Curtis, Richard Curtis and Lisa Curtis, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A special thanks to his friends, Joann Brewer, Jeff Dixson and Joanne Tompson, Jim Richter and family and several other friends. Special thanks to Alice M.
