William is preceded in death by parents, Frank R. and Laura True Lowe.

Bass of Oliver Springs, Sarah and Doug Hooker of Dalton Ga. Judith and J.R. Day of Loudon, Kendal Lowe of Lenoir City. step-children, Kandi Elliot and Hayward Lynn. 14 grand children and 14 great grandchildren. Sister, Lucy and J.T. Letterman of Loudon, brother, Sammy Joe Lowe of Cleveland.
Funeral services 7 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Martin officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Tuesday Lakeview Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 - 7 p.m. Monday prior to the service at Loudon Funeral Home.
