Michelle Juel Allen Evans, 49 of Surface Hill Road, Bluefield (Sandlick) died Sunday, June 26, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. Born in San Bernardino, California on July 15, 1966 she was the daughter of Jack Allen, Jr. and Brenda Green Allen of Sandlick. Michelle graduated from Bluefield State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Design Engineering. Prior to her illness, she was employed at the Bayless Law Firm as a paralegal and she was the former owner of Tazewell Floral and Gift Shop, Tazewell, VA. Survivors in addition to her parents, include her husband of 15 years, Danny Martin Evans, Sr. Two children, Angela Marie Wiker and friend, Skeeter Caldwell of Roanoke, VA and Sarah Michelle Sargent of Bluefield; Two step children, Danny M. Evans, Jr. and Marcy Elaine Evans Shupe both of Bluefield, VA; Two sisters, Marsha Jean Allen and husband Jamie Meece of St. Albans and Jackie Carol Lane of Princeton; Two nieces, Shannon Lane and Samantha Danieley; Funeral services will be held 12:30 PM Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Dr. Ray Hurt officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where Joe King, Bobby Allen, Skeeter Caldwell, Brian Wiseman, Jamie Meece and Shannon Lane will serve as pallbearers.
