Lena Minnie Meyers
Graveside services will be held
at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at Sunset Memorial
Gardens for Mrs. Lena M. Meyers, 82,
formerly of 604 13th Ave. Lewellen Funeral
Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Meyers died Thursday, Aug. 2, at the
Foothills Nursing Home in Longmont where
she had made her home since February of
this year.
She was born in Phillipsburg, Kan., May 17,
1891, and spent her early life in Nebraska,
later living in Montana. She lived in Greeley
for 27 years before entering the nursing home.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter,
Loyal A. Meyers of Lyons, Milton A. Meyers
of Arcadia, Neb., and Mrs. Mildred Travis of Renton,
Wash.; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Also five brothers and one sister.
