Isabel Fay Adams, 77, of Quincy passed away at the Columbia Basin Hospital in Ephrata on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. She was born on January 23, 1933 to Clare D. and Fay (Huston) Green at Wapato. She attended schools in White Swan graduating from high school in 1951. Following her graduation she attended Central Washington College. Isabel married Donald Adams on October 31, 1954 in Wapato, they farmed in the Wapato area until 1957 when they moved to Prosser. In 1962 they moved to Quincy where Isabel worked for Lamb Weston until her retirement in 2003. Isabel is survived by her children; Donald Adams of Moses Lake, David Adams and Dennis Adams both of Quincy and Crystal Adams of Ephrata, 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, brothers; Danny Green of Toppenish and Bobby Green of Morrow, OR. Isabel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Cynthia Adams, brothers, William Green, Arthur Green and Theotus Green, sister, Margaret Haseth and daughter-in-law Susan Adams. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at the Free Methodist Church in Quincy.
