Jeffrey Louis Russell, age 68, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016. U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam. He enjoyed being an AYSO soccer coach for many years in Knoxville.
Preceded in death by parents, Clayborne and Frances Russell; and sister, Susan Russell. Survived by daughters, Jennifer (Stephen) Hagewood and Leslie Russell; son, Clay Russell; sisters, Shane, Alycia, Savannah, Seth, Akayla, Shawn, and Alex; and special friend, Janelle Oaks.
Family and friends will meet 11:15 AM, Thursday, December 15, 2016, at East TN Veteran Cemetery-John Sevier for an 11:30 AM graveside service. Military honors will be provided by East TN Veteran Honor Guard.
