Phillip's and Sarah's daughter Margaret married John Riley Kirk. Sarah's grave is at Mt. Ararat located 5 miles east of Centerville (Appanoose Co.) Iowa. It appears Sarah went there after the death of Phillip since their daughter Elizabeth lived there with her husband Henry Penninger. The tombstone is engraved as follows: "Farewell. Sarah. Wife of Philipp Bonett. Died Mar. 26, 1876. Aged 82 Yrs". The Mount Ararat Baptist Church is located opposite the cemetery.
