Nancy Kalish Biederman was the daughter of Austin "Rocky" Kalish and Irma Kalish, both prominent television screenwriters. Wife of Ray Biederman and Mother to Matthew Biederman. Attended university at UC Santa Barbara and finished up at her bachelors degree at Syracuse University. She went into banking and became became Vice President of Union Bank in Beverly Hills. Later formed Tangent corporation with Terry White where they procured positions for executive banking personnel. She was active in many community organizations throughout the Conejo Valley and in the Jewish genealogical society.
Her history at the Motion Picture and Television Fund includes spearheading the "Saving the Lives of Our Own" campaign and she is credited with being the driving force behind saving long term care at the MPTF campus in Calabasas.
