Tony Curtis Perkins, 62, of Etowah, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016, at Starr Regional Medical Center of Athens.
A son of Marie Farmer Perkins and the late Floyd Perkins, he attended Tri-County Center.
He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Perkins; one sister, Donna Perkins; three uncles, James Perkins and Earl and Charles Farmer; three aunts, Wanda Perkins Corn and Rachel Randolph and Regenia Moates; and a cousin, Georganna Corn.
Survivors include his mother, Marie Farmer Perkins; one brother, David Perkins; three aunts, Estelle Baggett of Ypsilanti, Mich., Lillian Jeralds of Etowah, and Shirley Coates of Modesto, Calif.; an uncle, Donald Perkins; a very special aunt, Reba Perkins; and several cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Saturday, Dec. 17, at McMinn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Mark Wade officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Perkins, Dale Perkins, Dale and Kim Rymer, Sarah Rymer, Randall and Michelle Woods, Jared Perkins and Becca Woods.
No formal visitation will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Faye Forgety, 120 County Rd. 447, Athens, TN 37303.
