Daughter of Gene Heath and Mary Frances Tharp Heath.

Lisa Heath, 18 of Streamwood, Ill., died Thursday in Elizabethtown. She resided in Hodgenville with an aunt and was a former employee of O'Riley's Restuarant. Survivers include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Heath of Streamwood; Brothers, Mitchell E. Heath and Charles Douglas and Ronald L. Heath, all of Illinois; Grandmothers, Alberta Brown, and Nora Crawford, both of Hodgenville.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Brownfielkd Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Red Hill Cemetery.
Rev. Barry Dennis conducted the services.

Teeenager killed by younger rival
Am 18-year old Hodgenville girl died Thursday, May 8, from injuries sustained in a stabbing incident on Kirkpatrick Avenue near Perkins Grocery.
According to the Kentucky State Police, Lisa Heath, of 532 Kirkpatrick Avenue, died at 12:38 p.m. Thursday at Hardin Memorial Hospital following surgery. She was stabbed once in the abdomen about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, during what the state police describe as a fight over a boyfriend.
A 17-year-old female Juvenile has been charged with murder in the Heath death and is lodged in Hardin County Jail without bond, according to Kentucky State Trooper Robert Foster. The juvenile's identity is being withheld pending a hearing before LaRue District Judge J. Michael Whelan to determine if she will be tried as an adult. The hearing is set for June 3.
