Funeral services for Mrs Armand Hopper, 68, widow of George C. Hopper who died In a local hospital yesterday after a long illness were conducted this morning at 11 o'clock at the Douglas and Sing chapel by Rev. Zeb Caudle, pastor of Durham Memorial Baptist church. Interment was in Antioch church cemetery Just over the South Carolina line near Grover.
Surviving are one son, J. Thomas Hopper: two daughters, Mrs. J. Scott of 412 Walnut avenue with whom Mrs Hopper lived and Mrs. John F. Warren of Laurinburg; two brothers, J. S. Hopper of Sharon, S. C. and W. R. Hopper of Mooresville; two sisters, Miss Eliza Hopper of Sharon, S. C., Mrs. W. R. Hambright of Grover and two grandchildren.
