Born February 15, 1956, the son of Celestino and Dolores (Vasquez) Garcia, died peacefully, while surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at age 60. Steve was born and raised in Mason. Steve worked for Fisher Body and later retired from General Motors LDT Plant. Steve loved music and was a great Drummer for 50 years of his life. Steve was an avid MSU fan, but the thing he loved most were his 3 sons, he was very proud of them. Surviving Steve is his loving wife Angie, of 24 years, his three sons: Halen, Ian and Kallen, his parents, two sisters, one brother, many loving nieces and his father and mother in law: John and Lois Reid, who thought of him more as a son. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 1:00PM with Pastor Kirklin D Hall Sr and Father Tom Thompson officiating. at the Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Holt-Delhi Chapel, 5035 Holt Road. Visitation will begin at 12:00PM. Memorials can be made to the Hospice House of Mid-Michigan. Condolences can be made at www.palmerbush.com.
