Sandie Glover Waid, of Sumiton, passed away December 14, 2016, at her residence. She lived a life full of grace serving her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She fought vigorously with perseverance for her family. She had a kind a gentle heart that showed daily for her patients and coworkers at Simon Williamson Clinic.

Funeral service will be held December 17, 2016 at 11:00 am in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at McCormack Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday in the chapel from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Imy Glover.
