She was the daughter of Alvanley Abrams and the late Lena Cox Abrams.
Mrs. Ayling was manager of a boarding house, Kingston, Ont. for the past seven years.
She was survived by her children, a daughter and son, Duane F. Ayling; her father, and six sisters and six brothers.
