He is survived by his wife, Angela Hurst Penrod of Calvert City, KY; his son, Johnny Penrod of Calvert City, KY, his two daughters, Gracey Penrod of Calvert City, KY and Victoria Penrod of Calvert City, KY; his two step sons, Austin Norvell of Calvert City, KY and Garrett Norvell of Calvert City, KY; his mother, Barbara Jett of Benton, KY; and two sisters, Sandra Wilson of Benton, KY and Susan Smith of New Jersey.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Penrod and infant sister Connie Penrod and his father, Finis N. Penrod.
