Edwina Thomas, 84, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2005, at her residence. Born in Monticello, Ky., she was a homemaker. She was a member of CIVTION Club and Maplewood Community Association. She loved crocheting, knitting, quilting and playing cards. Survivors include husband, Ralph Thomas of Fort Wayne; son, Robert Tenney of Pierceton; daughters, Deronda Charlene Conley and Mary Jane Layton, both of Leesburg, Fla. and Judith Lynn Tenney of Fort Wayne; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brother, Erman Bell; and sister, Dovie Maier.
