A funeral service to celebrate her life will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016 at
First Freewill Baptist Church (2709 N. 27th Street Decatur, IL. 62526). Visitation will
be one hour before the service in the church. Burial will be in North Fork Cemetery
Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to First Freewill Baptist Church or The Macon
County Animal Shelter. Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the
arrangements.
Charlotte was born in October of 1925 in Chicago, IL., daughter of Charles and Pearl
Polusky. She was a homemaker and member of First Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving is her sons, Donald (Chris) Myers, Alan (Rose) Myers of Decatur, six
grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Donald Polusky.
Charlotte was a great mother, and grandmother and she will be deeply missed.
