Barbara S. Meredith, 69, life-long resident of St. Joseph, and compassionate geriatric Registered Nurse for 30 years, passed away November 22, 2016, of pancreatic cancer.
She is survived by her children, Christopher and Tia, who were present during her passing. Her final days were spent in hospice care in Chula Vista, surrounded by love.
