Jewel Ann Weber Rogers, was born June 9, 1986 in Columbus, Ohio happy and so full of love and life to Maxine Rogers. At age 30, she went to sleep in the arms of The Lord, on Saturday December 3, 2016.
Preceded in her rest by her two brothers Miquel 21 and Stephon 7, and her grandfather Ploy Rogers.
Jewel is survived by her four beautiful daughtes, Laiyla A. Pannell 10, Layonna Maxine Pannell Rogers 7, Mystique Powell 3, and Micayla Powell 2. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends, but most of all by her loving Mother and best friend Maxine Rogers, for they were so close.
