Joyce Jo Ann (Flock) Estep, was born December 18, 1935 to Maurice and Dorothy (Cupp) Flock in Rockford, Illinois. At age 80, she passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Joyce was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who cherished all of her family. She was a devout Christian who accepted the Lord as her Savior. Also, an avid online and QVC shopper and loved to talk on the phone.
She always looked forward to her monthly hair appointments and lunch dates with her sisters. Whenever asked how she was doing, Joyce always replied, "I'm OK". It brings her family great comfort to know that now she truly is "OK".
Joyce retired from the Franklin County Social Service Department after many years of dedicated service.
Preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Dorothy Flock; granddaughter, Katlyn Crum; sister, Kay Hukill and sister-in-law, Maggie Flock.
Surviving are loving children, Josh Estep, Roger (Tammy) Estep, Maurice "Buddy" (Dee) Estep, Kim (Rick) Crum; nine beloved grandchildren, April (Jeff) Butler, Wendy Estep, Mike (Fiance' Ashley Reggins) Estep, Mandy (Chip) Cox, Amy (DJ) Kerns, Ricky Crum Jr., Jason (Renee Kamer) Estep, Brianna (Anthony) Merchant, Shawna (Mike) McCain; 12 great-grandchildren, Alexis and Kyle Butler, Jovanny Agudelo, Caylin, Cylah and Clayton Cox, Parker Kerns, Blake, Brayden, Brynna Estep, Maliq and Mason Merchant; siblings, Ronda (Jim) Lyons, James Flock Sr.; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
