Byron R. Rich Mann, 72, of Chula Vista died April 25. He was born in Hartford, Conn., and was a special inspector for a construction company. He served in the Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Joy Mann; daughter, Tracie Goodwin of Fresno; stepdaughters, Mollie Thonneson of San Diego and Melissa Haynal of Rogers, Ark.; and three grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Friday, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma.
Interment: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
Arrangements: Humphrey Mortuary.
