Connie J. Sanders age 69 of Webb City, Missouri passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Webb City Health & Rehab. She was born on May 14, 1947 in Springfield, Missouri to Ralph Sanders and Virginia (Carrol) Sanders. Connie worked many years as a home health aide. She had a great love for all animals from small to large. Connie is survived by her sons, Shane Walker and wife Christina of Carl Junction, Clyde Walker of Webb City, Shawn Walker and wife Kim of Joplin; brothers, Larry Sanders of Osage Beach, Missouri, Eddie Sanders of Wisconsin; 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Walker in 2014. Connie's wishes were to be cremated. The family will have a private gathering at a later date. The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Joplin Humane Society in her memory. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.
