Jeff Reeves, 53, of Sulphur passed away on April 5, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. Jeff worked in the electrical and instrumentation field for 31 years and was working at Citgo as a construction manager. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on “Mabel” (his ’77 Chevy Caprice Classic) and spending time with his family and friends. Jeff was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Carlyss.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 33 years, Darla Kickel Reeves; his daughter, Lyndsey Reeves Stark and husband Eric of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, Madison and Daylon Stark; his mother, Gerry Reeves of Sulphur; his sister, Annette Riley and husband Eddie of Alvin, TX; his in laws; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Morris and Mabel Taylor and one brother, Tony Reeves.

Services for Jeff will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 11 am at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with Father Luke Krzanowski, M.S. officiating. Burial will follow at Mimosa Pines South. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 5-9 pm with a Cursillo rosary at 7 pm.
