He was the devoted father of Summar Leilani (Ken) Midgett, NC, and Paul Ray Frazier, Celina; grandfather to, Jasmyn Rae and Gabrial Jae; and great grandfather to Allison Mae; also surviving are two brothers, Jody (Janelle) Frazier, St. Marys, and Randy Frazier, Perrysburg, OH; two aunts Betty Musser, and Ruth Frazier; and many nieces and nephews.
He graduated from Wapakoneta High School in 1965 and in 1994 from Thomas Nelson Community College, Hampton, VA. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 20 years from 1965 to 1985, at the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer (EMCS). He worked in the private sector for several years before retiring permanently.
He was a member of the Celina VFW Post #210, Celina Moose, and the Coldwater American Legion Post #470.
Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm on Friday, December 16, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Kathy Correll officiating; where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. To conclude the services, military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post # 210 and Celina VFW Post # 5713.
Graveside services will be held at Hampton Memorial Gardens, Hampton, VA at the convenience of the family.
