Clinton Robert Miller, 61, passed away Sat, Dec. 10th, 2016.

Clinton was born Jan. 3rd, 1955 in Chicago, Il. He served our country for 8 years in the U.S. Navy where he met his wife, Edie, of 36 years. He put his whole heart into everything that he did and always had a story for anyone who would listen.

"There are no words that are the right words for days such as this. It
is continuously questioned why loved ones are taken from us too soon.
No matter the time we spent or the memories we shared, it is never
considered enough. We mustn't down ourselves for the moments that
passed, but instead take comfort in the times that were shared. While
it is easier said than done, the burden of our loss can be lessened by
the support of one another.

We lost one of the strongest fighters today. His continued optimism
through the face of adversity was a trait that is few and far between.
His perseverance continues to inspire us all. While he was, more often
than not, vocal about his thoughts and opinions; it was consistently
placing others before his own needs that gained the ultimate respect.
Despite the circumstances, his considerateness was unsurpassed by
those around him. He would give the shirt off his back to someone in
need without hesitation. By any means necessary he would ensure others
were taken care of before himself. He not only provided you with a
solution, but would teach you the steps along the way.

He was a man that will not be forgotten, and not simply for the
stories he so very much loved to tell. The lessons we learned from him
and the memories we shared, will continue to live on through us all.
It is undoubtedly heartbreaking to be without the ones we care about
so immensely. We have each other to lean on, and his spirit to keep us
moving forward. He will continue to be in our hearts and in our
thoughts as we continue to miss him dearly."

Survivors: Wife, Edie Miller; Son, Adam Miller and wife, Jennifer; Daughter, Emily Miller. Brother, Freeman Miller and wife Jean; Sister, Carma Birch and husband Chris and lots of nieces, nephews and in-laws!!
