Survivors include his wife Thelma (Hargis) Floyd whom he married on April 30, 1952 in Indianapolis, IN.; one daughter, Donna Floyd Eubank, KY.; two sons, Jerry (and robin) Floyd Burnside, KY. and Larry (and Sandy) Floyd Eubank, KY.; one 1/2 sister, Emily Floyd Eubank, KY.; 4 grandchildren, Amanda K., Robbie, Sarah and Edward Floyd; and 2 step grandkids, Billie and Crystal Burge.
