Mrs. Harris passed peacefully from this life on Saturday Afternoon, December 10, 2016 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born in Overton County November 6, 1933 to the late M.H. "Hass" & Frankie Vaughn Huddleston. Leretha was a 1952 graduate of Livingston Academy. She worked for many years as a clerk for Upper Cumberland Electric. She was a member of the Livingston First Baptist Church for over 50 years. She loved her grandkids very much, and was everyones babysitter. She enjoyed traveling, making quilts and being at church with her family, friends and the Joy Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her sons, David Harris & Bruce Harris & wife Lorrie both of Livingston,TN; grandchildren,Brooklyn Harris Cantrell & husband BJ of Alpine, Nicholas, Jordan, Alexis & Clint Harris of Livingston; brother, Oren Frank Huddleston & wife Norma Jean of Livingston,TN; & several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years Mr. James Louis Harris; brothers, Haskell, Bobby K. & Alvin Houston Huddleston.
