Lawrence Edwin “Spider” Webb, 87, of Tifton passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016, at Tifton Health and Rehabilitation in Tifton. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Roger Tucker and the Rev. Pat Suggs officiating. Mr. Webb will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens.
Born June 29, 1929 in Clewiston, Florida, Mr. Webb was the son of the late Will Webb and Jettie Walker Webb. He was also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. He was retired as a security guard at MasterCraft and was formerly a crop duster.
Mr. Webb is survived by his wife, two sons and daughters-in-law, eight grandchildren and their spouses and 15 grandchildren.
