She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Leona Ruth Courtney; 2 sisters, Brenda Courtney and Patsy Pennington; brother, Charles Harold Courtney

Funeral service will be 1PM Sun. 12/11/2016 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield, KY. Brother Nolan Reynolds will officiate. Burial will be in Odd Fellow Cemetery in Morganfield. Visitation will be 4-8PM Sat. and 10AM until service time on Sun. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
