Russell Hawkins, age 82, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He was dedicated to his family and loved every opportunity to be with them. Russell was born on July 29, 1934 in Canandaigua. He was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Marion Fox Hawkins, a brother, Bruce, a sister, Arlene Treadwell, and an infant daughter, Lisa.
Family members who celebrate his life are his wife of 59 years, Dolores, daughters Deborah (Paul Benson), Darlene Fox (Mark), and Susan Strack (Matt); a sister, Elaine Joseph; grandchildren Karen Engle (Ben), Megan Schreiner (Steven), Andrew Strack, David Benson, and Daniel Strack; and several nieces and nephews.
