Randolph Webster Allensworth Jr., 89, of Rollins Fork in King George passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 in Mary Washington Hospital. Junior was a long time member and Deacon of Shiloh Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of Colonial Beach Masonic Lodge #199 and Hudson Morris Masonic Lodge #80 AF&AM and Wakefield #77 Order of Eastern Star. Junior was the widower of Jessie Tate Allensworth and had retired from the public works department at NSWC Dahlgren. Survivors include his children, Robert Allensworth (Susan), Darlene Jenne (Tim) and Randy Allensworth (Amy); a sister, Suzanne Headley (Richard); six grandchildren, Jonathan Allensworth (Lauren), Benjamin Allensworth (Mandy), Timothy Allensworth(Samantha), Becki Bishop (Brad), Chris Boggs (Amanda), and Rosie Allensworth Marsh (Greg); eleven great grandchildren and his longtime companion, Phyllis Stephens. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Allensworth. The family will receive friends at Storke Funeral Home, Nash and Slaw King George Chapel Monday, December 12th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm with a Masonic service beginning at 7:30 pm. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 13th at 11:00 am at Shiloh Baptist Church, with Rev. Richard Headley officiating. Burial, with Navy honors, will follow in the church cemetery.
