Michael Donaldson, 58, passed away at his residence on Thursday, July 23, 2015 in Greenville, Texas. Michael was born June 22, 1957 to Leo Rayburn and Betty Cooper in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was a truck driver Michael was a simple man of simple pleasures. He loved being with his family and spending time with friends and driving the open road. He was a compassionate soul with an open heart; a winning smile and contagious laugh. He never met a stranger. His is a spirit that will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Betty.
Those left to celebrate his life include his son, Michael Donaldson, Jr. and his wife Rhonda; Michael, Jr.'s mother, Sue Donaldson; grandchildren, Jodi Elisabeth and Jaime Wynn; brother, Ray Donaldson and his wife Nancy; sisters, Sandy Slatton, Terri Neal and her husband Bob; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbors.
A celebration of Michael's life will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Rocky Point Community Center in Emory, Texas.
