Classmates at Northwest Junior High: A Born Leader And Friend. I met Woodrow when he was my classmate at Northwest Junior High in Charlotte,NC. He's the type of person that you would never forget because he stood out as a leader he acted like a leader and everybody wanted to be his friend because he acted more mature than we did. I did not attend West Charlotte High with the class because I relocated but years later I returned to Charlotte and ran into another classmate and was informed that Woodrow was a casualty in Vietnam and that was devastating and hard to believe because we had lost a good person who always talked about and loved his family especially a sister. Woodrow you are missed and thank you for your service. Classmate And Friend David Alexander 101st Airborne. David Alexander, 502 Mcphearson Street, Roseboro NC 28382, [email protected]

He was the Son of Mr Woodrow W Bradley and Mrs Lula Mae McCarty Bradley, 2010 Grier Avenue, Charlotte, NC.

He served with Charlie Battery, 4th Battalion, 60th Artillery Group, 1st Field Force, USARV.

He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for his combat related wounds, the Vietnam Service Medal, The Republic of Vietnam Campaign Service Medal, The National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
