Born March 9, 1927, Mr Fuzie was employed at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Northport.
He is survived by his wife Helen; a son Dennis; a daughter Dolores Hoffman; two grandchildren; his mother Anna; and by seven brothers, Joseph, William, David, Steve, Ernest, Edward and Robert.
A prayer service was held Monday evening at Roma Funeral Home, Shirley. Mass of Christian Burial was read Tuesday morning at St Jude's RC Church, Mastic Beach, after which interment took place in Mt Pleasant Cemetery, East Moriches.
