The loss of Cathy Lynn Trombley Nash, who passed from this life on January 6, 2007, brings grief and sadness to those who knew and loved her. She touched many lives with her sweet smile and willingness to help those in need. Although Cathy lost her six-year battle with cancer she fought a good fight. Cathy was born on October 13, 1958 to Robert and Dorothy Trombley in Goldsboro, N.C. Cathy traveled the world with her family during her childhood before moving to Colorado Springs in 1976. She was a 1977 graduate of Palmer High School. In 1996, she became the proud parent of a son who made her life complete, and was her absolute joy. She is survived by her parents, Woodland Park, a son, Anthony Trombley, Woodland Park, two sisters, Fran (Paul) Baldwin, of Missouri, and Michelle, (Rick) Hills, Washington, and a host of nieces and nephews. Cathy will be greatly missed by her friends and family. A memorial service will be held at Community Church at 800 Valley View Dr., Woodland Park, at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2007. Burial will be at Woodland Park Cemetery on Wednesday, January, 10. Pastor Barry Park will officiate the service.
