On December 19, 1886, Becky married Dea Lefan in Hickman County. Dea and Becky had a daughter, Mattie Lee, born September 1889.
(Dea and Becky may have had another daughter, Pearl, who died very young. There is a marker for Pearl Lefan, 1893 - 1894, in the Centerville Cemetery in Hickman county. Documentation for the cemetery may exist which links Pearl to Dea and Becky. This needs further research.)
Family notes indicate that Dea Lefan was killed in a railroad accident. These notes do not list a date.
On July 14, 1894, Becky married Henry Allen Posey in Lawrence County, Tennessee. Becky and Henry had six children: Janie, Gladys, Nathan, Frank, Louise, and a son Paul, who died at age two.
Henry and Becky lived for many years near Lexington, Alabama, close to Tennessee. Sometime after the 1940 census, they moved to Columbus, Indiana.
Henry and Rebecca Posey both died in Columbus. Henry died in June, 1947, and Becky died in January, 1954.
Henry is buried in Lauderdale County, Alabama. Becky is buried at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus, Indiana.
