Harry "Wilbur" Coss was born in Bridgeport, Ohio on June 23, 1897. He came to LaSalle Township, Monroe County, Michigan on July 23, 1929. He found work and was employed the last ten years of his life for Monroe Steel Castings Company in the city of Monroe, Michigan. He went by Wilbur Coss. His obituary is under Wilbur Coss.

Harry served in the Army during World War I, from 1918 to 1919. He was stationed at Jacksonville, Florida.

Harry Wilbur Coss married Louise Trouten at Bridgeport, Ohio on June 25, 1920. Rev. Neil performed the ceremony. His family home was LaSalle R#1. He was a member of the LaSalle Presbyterian Church. After a short illness, Harry Wilbur passed away at Monroe Hospital on March 23, 1943. He was survived by his wife, three sons, a daughter, two brothers and five sisters.

Aged 46 years

Harry Wilbur Coss was laid to rest at LaSalle Township Cemetery, LaSalle Township, Monroe County, Michigan.
