Wanda L. Kirkpatrick, 92, of Oelwein and formerly of Dunkerton, Iowa died Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community in Waverly, Iowa.

Funeral Service 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel in Waterloo, Iowa.

Visitation 12:30 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Mausoleum
Chapel. Interment in Garden of Memories, Waterloo.

Wanda Lucille Tucker was born September 8, 1924, at Rockwell, Iowa the daughter of Leonard and Mabel (Armstrong) Tucker.  She graduated from high school in Hansel, Iowa.  On January 14, 1943, she was united in marriage to Robert K. Kirkpatrick.  Wanda was a devoted homemaker and worked alongside Robert on their farm.

Wanda is survived by her 2 children: Barb Kirkpatrick of Independence and Roger Kirkpatrick of Denver; son-in-law: Daryl Magee of Brooklyn; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband on September 23, 1997; daughter: Judy Magee; 2 sisters: Ruby Miller and Leta Johnson; and 2 brothers: Howard Tucker and Bill Tucker.
